SHIPPING & RETURNS

🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information when it ships.

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check our homepage or promo banners for updates).

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates.

Delivery Issues:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact info@unclothingco.com and we’ll help investigate.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original packaging with tags attached

    • Free of odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories such as earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email info@unclothingco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for faster processing.
